Sophisticated Reporting Information

In addition to the call recording facility, the software permits management to monitor each operative's calls:

  • Total call time for the day
  • Total talk time for the day
  • Timing and number recorded for every call dialled
  • Number identified with customer name if already in database
  • Optional outcome recording in respect of each call
  • Cost per call
  • Association of calls to campaign leads and outcomes
