Sophisticated Reporting Information
In addition to the call recording facility, the software permits primary users to monitor each user's calls:

Total call time for the day
Total talk time for the day
Timing, cost and number recorded for every call dialled
Number identified with customer name if already in database
Optional outcome recording in respect of each call
Association of calls to campaign leads and outcomes

The above reports are updated in real time.

Optionally, the Primary User may also run a slideshow displaying their selection of call time statistics for all users. In addition to being viewable on the Primary User’s own computer screen, this slideshow can be displayed on a large monitor within the call centre environment, if applicable. Again, the slideshow is updated in real time.
