A2 VoIP call conferencing allows people who are geographically remote to participate in conferences and meetings.
This saves the time and money arranging for face to face meetings. Staff are more productive by not having to
leave their work base for meetings and the cost of travelling is avoided. Using A2 VoIP, the cost of conferencing
is reduced to mere pence. This is particularly useful in respect of distributed workforces and companies with
more than one branch. Common applications are delivering interactive training, team or departmental meetings,
staff briefings, client meetings and sales presentations.
The same facility can be used to enable staff to listen in silently to calls for training or monitoring purposes:
- Managers can monitor the quality of calls being made by their staff
